You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!
Hi Everyone:
I am sending you a wonderful Avatar exercise that comes from the Avatar ReSurfacing workbook called the Compassion Exercise. Being that the holidays are coming up, I thought this would be a nice exercise to explore now on strangers, collegues, family and other loved ones before the frenzy and excitement begins and see how your days goes and know that you can use this with success during the holidays.
We are going to explore a full day of using the Compassion exercise(below)on Friday November 16th and let the me and the group know how your day went. Can you imagine actually having a day, where everyone practiced being compassionate with eachother?Feel free to pass it on.:-)Enjoy...
warmly, Summer Jones-Avatar Master
