Arrive at 6:30 to watch an Avatar DVD by Harry Palmer - afterwards begin the Avatar mini-course called "Belief Management." Meetings last 3 hours or so depending upon number of participants.

If you'd like more information about Avatar, look at our message board where you'll find several links to free downloads of videos and the e-book by Harry Palmer, Living Deliberately, a semi-autobiographical account of the discovery and creation of the Avatar materials.
